As the daylight hours grow shorter, and it gets colder outside, it's time to look indoors for family activities. Practicing Taekwondo is a fun "active" activity the whole family can enjoy, together. Instead of having the kids sit in front of the big screen with the video game controller, trying to get their "guy" to do what they want it to, (getting mad and throwing a fit when they can't) they can learn the dicipline of using their minds as the controller to get their own bodies (the "guy") to do what THEY want them too do! |

Never EVER start a vigorous work-out without warming up and stretching THOROUGHLY, I rushed my warm-up and stretch this morning and almost pulled a hamstring muscle on by bag workout! OUCH! It's a little tender but I almost payed severely! |
